How long until my order ships?
All orders placed before 7PM EST ship out same day, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 7PM ship the following business day.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you have your tracking details sent through email or text message. So, you can follow up your package and know est. time of arrival.
Do you offer discreet packaging??
We do understand not everyone is down with ordering online.
We ship both to legal and illegal states, reason while we do discreet packaging; First, we put your product in a baggie as usual, triple wrap it into 3 foil papers, stick into scent proof Mylar bag. with that it can’t be scent or detected by canine ( dogs). then put in a Tupperware and an oilmen sprayed on it to eradicate any lingering scent and lith. Lastly, your package is vacuum sealed making it air -tight with that, cannot be detected with electronic sniffers or ION-scanner.
For privacy and security, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes with a return address labelled “GD Distribution Inc”. There will be no mention of Green Dank on your package.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all USA orders above $250 while international customers receive free shipping on orders over $500.
How long does shipping take?
You may choose to purchase faster shipping ranging from 24-36 Hours, at times not usually up to. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer discrete and stealthy international shipping to all countries.
Orders over $500 receive FREE International Shipping.
Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 2-4 business days.
Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in CO. or CA.
What if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Jeff Medical Health Store will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We’ll take care of the rest.
Don’t throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you’re asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.
